    Shipping

    After receiving your order, we will immediately start working for you! Because almost everything is in stock, we can process and ship orders that arrive on workdays before 3 p.m. the same day. Our packages are sent via PostNL, so you usually have it at home the next day.

    If an item is not in stock, it is on order with the supplier. When the item arrives again (usually within 3 to 5 business days), your order will be processed as soon as possible.

    Did you not receive your order and was it delivered according to the track & trace data? PostNL no longer uses non-home notes, so ask your neighbours if they may have received the package for you. Is your package still not there? Report this within 14 days after the delivery date, so that we can start an investigation with the carrier.

    Is there something wrong with your received order/product? Report this within 14 days after receipt, possibly with a photo for support. We will do our utmost to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
