Complaints
Would you please submit your complaint within 14 days of noticing it? info@bath-living.com aan to pass on to us? If necessary, we will ask you for additional photos, the purchase invoice and a description of the complaint. You will receive a confirmation and as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your complaint, an answer. If it takes more time, we will inform you of this.
If you do not appreciate this handling, you can always contact the mediation department of the Webshop Keurmerk Foundation, which Bath&Living is a member of. connected. If for any reason the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
