Material information
The Boucla fabric from which the Kuon furniture in the colour Beige is made, is a soft bouclé fabric due to the addition of viscose. This heavy bouclé fabric (577 g/m²) is a perfect choice for covering furniture, because it is easy to clean. The fabric has a low absorption level and is treated to prevent moisture and dirt from penetrating.
Boucla is made of 68% Polyamide, 29% Polyester and 4% Viscose (Oekotex Standard 100 certified).
Cleaning and maintenance
Vacuum the textile regularly with a suitable nozzle, preferably at half suction power. For removing stains, we recommend that you act as soon as possible after spilling liquids. First allow any liquid residue to soak into a dry cotton cloth (do not rub). Carefully remove dried-on residue with a spoon and vacuum up loose particles before continuing. Non-greasy stains can be removed by dabbing gently with a lint-free cloth or sponge wrung out in clean, warm water. Avoid edges by dabbing the stain gently in a circular motion, working from the outside in. Remove grease stains with suitable cleaning agents or solvents. In all cases, we recommend that you first test the stain remover on an inconspicuous area to see if it affects the cover. Allow the fabric to dry completely before using the article again.
Is there a stitch or loose thread in the fabric? You can then put it back with a blunt object. Please do not pull or cut, this can worsen the damage.

Blomus works with the most experienced European manufacturers to ensure high quality. Kuon furniture has a 5-year warranty (when maintained according to enclosed instructions).

From the Netherlands you can return without a printer, register your return in our portal and you will receive a barcode or QR code that you can have scanned at the parcel point when you return your package.

- From the Netherlands you can return (printer-free) for €4.95
- From Belgium you can return for €4.95
- From Germany you can return for €6.95
- Returns from other countries are at the customer's expense

Returns Policy
- The item is undamaged, unused and not washed
- The article is provided with the original, undamaged packaging if possible and complete product packaging
- The item is fixed during shipping to prevent transport damage
- The packing slip has been added to the package
The purchase price including any shipping costs charged by us will be refunded within 14 days after cancellation. The payment method chosen for the purchase will be used for this. There are no costs associated with this.
If you want you can use a standard return form print out, fill in and send (this is not mandatory).
Return Policy Exceptions
The following items are shipped on a pallet with freight transport and cannot be returned with regular parcel post. To return these items, transport can be requested via info@bath-living.com De Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The following items cannot be returned, this is also explicitly stated in the product information:
- Package deals: packages with leftover bath textiles or leftover crockery
- Remnants: remnants of bathrobes or towels of which other sizes are no longer available
- 2nd choice items: items with minor damage or defective packaging
- Articles from the Blomus GROW series whose vacuum packaging has been opened
